CarDrawer 차서랍
Android app for used-car dealers in Korea
One drawer
per car.
AI files every receipt and flags what's missing.
Snap a receipt, invoice or inspection report, or share a PDF. CarDrawer pulls out the vendor, amount, date and plate as suggestions and files them in that car's drawer. Every morning it shows what is due today, which papers are missing, which costs need approval and which cars have started losing money.
Free cost sheet template (CSV) · A per-car cost sheet that opens in Excel: 18 cost items with total-cost and difference formulas. No sign-up or email needed.
- AI only suggests. A person confirms.
- We never ask for your HeyDealer, Encar or other platform passwords.
- Your costs are visible only to you and the people you allow.

Costs leak car by car, and papers scatter across chat rooms
Receipts in drawers and chats
Transport, polish, body work, dealer fees, listing ads: one car collects close to ten cost items. Matching each receipt to the right car falls on the office manager.
Deadlines in someone's head
Ownership transfer, inspection-report validity and platform claim windows differ for every car. Missing one means fines or disputes.
Profit known only after the sale
Financing interest and late invoices can turn a car you thought was profitable into a loss, and it is hard to see where each car stands today.
A car bought for ₩30.01M: about ₩630,000 left if sold in 3 months · cut the price in month 7 and it becomes a ₩970,000 loss
A dealer's public cost sheet (9 cost items; re-listing, interest and re-inspection added in month 7). Source: Clien post, 23 Aug 2025 (Korean), checked Oct 2026. One case, not a general figure.Snap it, it sticks. Missing pieces come first.
Snap and it sticks
“Snap the receipt. We attach it to the right car.”
Upload from the camera, gallery or share menu in three taps. AI suggests the vendor, amount, date and plate; only values checked against the original reach your costs.
Today's deadlines, cars losing money
“Do you know how much this car still makes?”
The first screen gathers overdue tasks, today's deadlines, pending approvals and at-risk cars, with legal, platform and in-house deadlines labelled separately.
One shop, your costs stay yours
“You decide who sees what.”
Owner, buyers and office staff share the same car cards. Purchase prices, costs and counterparties are visible only with permission, and access ends the moment someone leaves.
Works next to your apps
“Keep your apps. We fill the gaps.”
Cars from any channel on one board. Platform screenshots are stored, never scraped. Export costs as CSV for your existing system or accountant.

Upload → suggest → confirm → organise
- Upload on the lot. Buyers photograph receipts, invoices and inspection reports or share them. The app asks you to mask resident registration and similar ID numbers yourself with its masking tool before upload, and photo location data is removed on the device.
- AI suggests values. It sorts document types and copies vendor, amount, date and plate exactly as written. Fixed formulas, not AI, clean up and check the numbers.
- A person confirms against the original. Amounts, the car a document belongs to, odometer, accident or replacement marks and seizure or mortgage status always need human approval. The office can review in one batch later.
- Costs, deadlines and sales prep update. Confirmed values fill per-car costs and break-even, paperwork checklists, required ad items and draft descriptions.
“No information” is not “no problem”
Blank never means “none”. Every value carries a state, and anything not confirmed stays out of outgoing material.

How costs and deadlines are calculated
Operating contribution
Sale income − purchase − direct costs − financing cost
| Expected sale income | ₩22,300,000 |
| Purchase | − ₩20,000,000 |
| Direct costs (body work, dealer fee, polish, ads, transport) | − ₩1,330,000 |
| Financing (₩20M · 12%/yr · 30 days, simple) | − ₩197,260 |
| Operating contribution | ₩772,740 |
Financing runs from the day funds were actually drawn, not the bid date. Overheads and tax are not included, so we never call it “net profit”. Demo figures.
Default deadline rules (reference)
| Task | Default reminder |
|---|---|
| Ownership transfer filing | 15 days by law; counting rules vary, so we remind at purchase date + 14 days |
| Inspection report | Re-inspection task after 120 days from the inspection date |
| Keeping report copies | 1 year from issue |
| Inspection warranty | 30 days or 2,000 km after delivery |
| Aged stock | Caution at 60 days, warning at 90 (adjustable) |
Reference settings based on Korean law and platform policies as checked in October 2026. Each rule is versioned and marked “dealer to confirm”; check before relying on it.
Things the app never does for you
- Post listings, send messages, transfer money, bid or file documents. It prepares files and text and hands them to the share menu.
- Connect to or scrape other platforms. Platform screenshots and auction diagnoses are stored only, never sent to AI.
- Declare a car “accident-free” or write “warranty” or “lowest price” without evidence.
- Perform statutory disclosure, inspections or ownership transfer. Those duties stay with the dealer.
- Recommend purchase prices. The purchase-limit calculator only uses the assumptions you enter.
- Give tax advice or file returns. It tags receipts and exports them.
Customer data belongs to the dealership
- For owner and buyer details in uploaded records, the dealership is the controller and we process them only as instructed. They are never used for marketing or AI training.
- Data is stored in Google Cloud's Seoul region. Document reading uses Google Vertex AI (Gemini, paid tier), which may process outside Korea.
- No advertising SDK or advertising ID. No payments inside the app.
- Export everything as CSV and an original-file ZIP at any time, and for 30 days after you cancel.

We're looking for 5 pilot dealerships
For shops of 2 to 10 people that buy and resell their own stock. We visit Suwon and Gangseo (Seoul) dealer complexes first. Use it free for 4 weeks while we measure the time it saves together; if it saves none, you don't pay.
Questions
Does it work on iPhone or a PC?
Android comes first. If pilot shops need review and cost screens on an office PC, we will add a web version based on the pilot results.
Does it sync with HeyDealer or Encar?
No. We don't take platform credentials or scrape anything. Screenshots or diagnosis files you upload are stored in the car's drawer and never sent to AI.
What if AI reads an amount wrong?
AI values stay marked “AI suggestion” until a person approves them against the original. Amounts and the car a document belongs to always need approval. Use “Report a problem” on any wrong result.
Can staff see each other's costs?
Purchase prices, costs, profit and counterparties are visible only with permission. Independent dealers sharing a shop name decide who sees their costs.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can view and export (CSV, original-file ZIP) for 30 days after cancelling; then it is deleted. Cancel in the app or with one email.
How much does it cost?
The 14-day trial needs no card and never converts to paid automatically. See pricing.
