Extra seats are ₩25,000 per person per month (excl. VAT; ₩27,500 incl.). A document page is one photo or PDF page read by AI. Manual entry, viewing and export are never limited.
Our promises
- No overage charges without consent. Admins are notified at 80% and 100%; at 100% only AI reading of new documents and new purchase registration pause for the month.
- 14-day trial, no card. Trial limits are 5 new deals and 50 pages with all Team features. Without a paid contract you keep read-only access and export for 30 days, then data is deleted (with email notice 7 days before).
- Price increases or moving from free to paid are announced 30 days ahead and need your explicit consent.
- Cancel with one email. Use it to the end of that month and download your data for 30 days.
How to pay
There are no payments in the app. We agree the plan and start date in an order (quote), issue a Korean electronic tax invoice each month, and you pay by bank transfer. Web card payment will be announced when ready.
Pilot
Pilot shops use CarDrawer free for the first 4 weeks and pay the Team rate (₩149,000 a month excl. VAT) from week 5. Instead of a discount, founding customers get a 12-month price lock and we set everything up for them. We ask for consent again before billing starts.
