How to play
Tap an arrow and it slides out along its own body, the way its head points. If another arrow is in the way, it bumps, bounces back and you lose a heart.
- Tap an arrow with a clear path. If the way ahead of its head is open, it leaves the board.
- Work out the order. If an arrow is blocked, remove whatever is in its way first.
- Empty the board. Finish inside the target time with hardly any slips for 3 stars.
You start with a three-board tutorial (tapping, getting blocked, finding the order). No hearts are lost while you learn.
Features
1,000 levels in four parts
In Part 1 (levels 1–200) every board fits on one screen. From level 201 the boards outgrow the screen: tap to zoom in, drag to look around. After level 1,000, new boards keep coming.
A bonus mini game every 25 levels
Each world (25 levels) ends with Neon Rush, Shadow Memory, Number Order or Boss Time Attack. Your stars decide the coins in the reward chest.
Daily puzzle
A new board every day, the same for everyone. Monday is the gentlest, the weekend the toughest. Solve it on the day to grow your streak, and reach 7, 15 or 25 days in a month for a bronze, silver or gold trophy.
Hints and coins
3 hints per level (4 on a few of the biggest boards). A hint lights up the arrow that opens the most of the board and pulls it out for you. First clears earn coins, and 100 coins buy a hint.
Hearts and continues
3 to 5 hearts, depending on how many arrows there are. Clear arrows in a row without a miss and a lost heart comes back. Out of hearts? Watch an ad to continue with 2 hearts, once per try.
Combos and target time
Clear arrows within about a second of each other to build a combo. Going over the target time never fails you, and you can hide the timer from the pause menu.
Easy colors
The six arrow colors were checked in red-green and blue-yellow color blindness simulations.

Data and permissions
- There is no account. Your progress (levels, stars, coins, hints) is saved only in the app's storage on this device and is never sent to us. We don't run a server for this app.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob and its partner Liftoff, which may use your advertising ID and device and network information under their own policies.
- Since version 1.2.1 we receive anonymous usage statistics (such as tutorial completion and the levels you clear for the first time) and crash reports through Google Firebase, to improve the game and measure ad campaigns. Your name, email and contacts are never sent.
- The app uses four permissions: vibration (in-game haptics, can be turned off in settings); internet and network state (ads, the consent form, purchases); the advertising ID, added by the ads SDK (showing and measuring ads); and Google Play billing, added by the billing library. The app never asks for location, contacts, camera, photos or microphone.
- Where consent is required, you can change your ad consent choice anytime under Privacy settings in the pause menu.

Free and paid
- Every level and mode is free to play.
- From level 4 there's a banner at the bottom of the screen. The tutorial and levels 1–3 have none.
- Full-screen ads start after 15 clears and only show now and then between levels after a win, never after a loss or in the middle of a level.
- If you leave the app and come back a few minutes later, you may see one ad.
- Ads for a hint, a continue, double coins or keeping a streak only play when you choose them. The bonus offer between levels can be skipped.
- A one-time purchase removes the banner, full-screen and comeback ads and adds 10 hints. Ads for a hint or a continue stay available whenever you want them.
- A pack of 15 hints is also available. Payments go through Google Play billing.
What it can't do
- There is no account or cloud save, so progress can't move to another device. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it deletes your progress and hints (the remove-ads purchase is restored from Google Play).
- No leaderboards or playing against friends.
- No landscape mode.
FAQ
Can I play Arrow Knots offline?
Yes, every level plays without an internet connection. The internet is only used for ads, purchases and usage statistics, and the game carries on even when an ad can't load.
Does my progress move to a new phone?
No. There is no account and progress is saved only on the device. Only the remove-ads purchase is restored from Google Play.
Can I remove the ads?
Yes, a one-time purchase removes the banner, full-screen and comeback ads. See Free and paid.
I'm stuck on a level. What can I do?
Use a hint: it pulls out the arrow that opens the most of the board. And if you lose twice in a row after real progress, the next try gets a little easier.
